A specialty in the old traditions of Siena, our Tuscan Salame is made from hand selected meat that is finely ground with salt, pepper amd lard which adds to the tenderness and the taste. Aged under the watchful eye of our head Salumiere, it has a rich flavor that evokes the hills of Siena.
