Our prosciutto is crafted from the most prized cut of the pig—the leg—sourced only from free-range animals. Each piece is gently massaged with garlic, sea salt, and pepper, then naturally dried and aged for over 18 months. During this time, it develops the distinctive flavor and aroma unique to the Terra di Siena microclimate.
