Our prosciutto is produced by our mother company in Italy, Terra di Siena Salumi. It is made using the most prized part of the pig, the hind leg. The meat is massaged with garlic, sea salt and pepper and then naturally dried and aged for more than 18 months. During this time our prosciutto acquires the unique taste and aroma of the Tuscan microclimate.
