If you are like me…..I’m planning the holiday season and what to serve for celebrations with family and friends, work parties, large and small home parties, and the occasional unexpected get togethers. What’s an appetizer that will really please the crowd and I can be ready ahead of time?
Charcuterie plates are an answer!! An a Traditional Salumeria is also a new idea for Gift baskets. Why? Because….the ingredients remain fresh in the refrigerator for weeks so you can have them on hand ahead of time and throughout the holidays. You can rest assured you are ready for the planned or the unexpected drop in of guests. You can prepare as much or as little as you need to create your plate, depending on the size of the party. The creativity for what you add to the charcuterie plate is up to you….from simple to complex, as you like, but always in good taste. You can plan your whole appetizer menu around the charcuterie idea and eliminate the variety of options often seen in an appetizer buffet.
